A business license expired and caused the building department to recognize an improper
occupancy classification.
Reclassify the building for LEARN Behavioral. The day care facility provides care for children 3 years and older with autism.
Remove doors and door hardware not in compliance with accessible design criteria and egress criteria. Provide accessible fixtures where not in compliance, provide at least one accessible bathroom, egress lighting.
On the exterior, demonstrate adequate parking, provide accessible routes and signage. No new construction, other than that required for code compliance is proposed.
